Barista Opportunity

Goshen City Church is inviting applications for the role of Barista, a ministry support position responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light refreshments in a manner that reflects excellence, hospitality, stewardship, and the love of Christ. The Barista contributes meaningfully to the fellowship environment of the Church by strengthening the visitor welcome experience and supporting a culture that reveals Christ through service, conduct, and engagement with members and guests. This role forms part of the broader ministry support ecosystem and requires a service-oriented believer who understands the importance of representing the Church through both attitude and professionalism.

The successful candidate will prepare coffee and related beverages according to established quality standards, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, maintain high hygiene practices, operate espresso equipment safely, and serve congregants and visitors courteously and respectfully.
